The Role
The role will be responsible for managing the Founder's calendar, appointments, meetings, travel arrangements and correspondence, as well as preparing reports, presentations and meeting materials. The successful candidate will also coordinate internal and external stakeholders, follow up on key action items and ensure smooth execution of business and administrative matters. On the office management side, responsibilities include overseeing general office administration, facilities, supplies, vendors, company events and employee-related administrative matters, as well as coordinating with external service providers.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate should be mature, discreet, highly organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication and multitasking skills and the ability to anticipate the Founder's needs and operate with minimal supervision.
