Your new role

• Support account maintenance and Account Structure Changes (ASC) activities.
• Review and process client documentation and data updates with a high level of accuracy.
• Ensure client records and account information are maintained in accordance with internal policies and procedures.
• Work closely with Front Office teams to follow up on requirements and resolve operational queries.
• Handle urgent and time-sensitive requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Support client lifecycle activities and operational processes across wealth management accounts.
• Perform documentation validation and operational checks to ensure data integrity and completeness.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 1 year of banking experience in operations, account opening, account maintenance, static data, or related functions.
• Experience handling client documentation, data processing, and account-related activities.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy under tight timelines.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, process-driven environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly when working with Front Office teams.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage urgent requests effectively.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin to support international and mainland China markets.
• Only Singaporeans.
