Skillsforce is collaborating with our client in search of the above role starting with 12 months contract.

 

This position will be an integral part of the team that runs Document Management operations  for Asia Pacific. The candidate is to support the Regional Lead to meet objectives, primarily through operational oversight and enhancements, primarily in the following spaces: translations, pitchbook creation, creative design, print and distribution

There will be several global initiatives that will be implemented, and the candidate will be expected to be heavily involved in them, contributing to the success of these projects through effective project management, change delivery and client engagement.

 

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

Supporting regional lead in performing the following:

Addressing issues and concerns from end-users for DMG services
Leading project planning sessions
Coordinating meetings between clients and vendors
Managing project progress and adapt work as required
Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
Designing risk mitigation plan
Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
Optimising and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects

 

Basic Qualifications

Diploma or Undergraduate degree
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work in a dynamic global environment with a focus on teamwork
A proactive approach and a high level of enthusiasm
Ability to meet strict and aggressive deadlines
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Highly developed analytics and reporting skills with strong commercial focus
Possess a strong risk and control mindset
Demonstrated client service focus
