Our client is a highly regarded and progressive organisation known for its strong focus on innovation. To support its go-forward strategies and transformation agenda, there is now a rare opportunity for a dynamic OD leader to join them in a newly created role.
This is an exciting role managing a team to lead the transformation of the organisation’s culture and workplace. It is a highly strategic role where you will shape the organisation development strategy, establish the transformation roadmap, and operationalise the changes to achieve enterprise agility. This includes organisational design, designing and delivering organisational development interventions, managing physical and digital workplace design and practices, as well as change management in workplace culture and leadership practices. You will work closely with business divisions to support the transformation of their diverse teams, adopt hybrid workplace practices and guide leaders in how they show up and lead, and provide thought leadership in best-in-class practices.
You are a degree qualified with demonstrated track record in Organisation Development, Organisational Design, Culture and Change Management gained in major institutions, or in large consulting firms with deep exposure to complex organisational and culture transformations. You are experienced in both design and implementation work with strong senior stakeholder management and skills. You are a progressive, future focused OD professional who is strategic yet hands on, with strong analytical, EQ and presentation skills.
