Digital Sales & Onboarding Manager - EBusiness (Internet / Mobile Banking)

- Drive and execute digital sales and customer onboarding projects for internet and mobile banking channels

- Innovate through working closely with Product Managers, CX, partners to develop requirements and biz models

- Document business requirements and liaise with internal & external stakeholders

- Evaluate solutions proposed by IT /vendors / partners, raise business paper and project recommendations as appropriate

- Manage user acceptance test, develop rollout plan and execute implementation activities

- Design workflow and processes with operations units where support are required

- Ensure smooth rollout of projects, complete pre and post-implementation activities

- Work closely with IT/ops team to resolve project and implementation issues

Qualifications
- Possess university degree with 5-7 years' of work experience in banking / finance industry

- Familiar with consumer trends in internet and mobile technologies

- Good knowledge in retail wealth products and services

- Proven experience in online/mobile banking product development and project management

- Hands-on experience in developing user requirements, business analysis and managing user testing

- Good team player who is able to work independently

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to build strong partnerships with internal business partners and work well under tight timeline
