Digital Sales & Monetisation Lead (VP)
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Strategy, Road Map and Ensure Delivery of KPIs
- Thought leadership and strategic direction for the team
- Lead and coach team to achieve business objectives; manage cost and revenue.
- Act as the escalation point to help and guide team to remove hindrances to enable the team to make progress and be successful
- Engage business, product managers, and relevant support partners to foster collaboration and teamwork to meet the business objectives of the unit
Sales & Monetization (Digital Business)
- Drive adoption, activation and sales KPI in collaboration with CFS Marketing to define and implement campaigns and promote sales & adoption of Digital Banking channels (internet & mobile banking, ocbc.com & self-service channels like ATMs)
- Collaborate with product/ segment owners for alignment of product & digital campaigns and acquisitions strategies
- To work with various subject matter experts for guidance to ensure that marketing promotions and communications adhere to internal and regulatory guidelines (as required)

Qualifications

Requirements:
- Capable of working with and balancing the diverse needs of different businesses, regulations, and market landscapes
- Proven leadership skills to be able to lead, influence and partner with teams across the organization to drive digital sales & monetisation for their respective products
- Demonstrable capability in creating, driving and delivering a Digital Communications & Engagement strategy with customer segments
- Analytical ability to identify target segments, engagement opportunities and accurately capture benefits in comprehensive business case
- Strong Sales Funnel and Product management skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and engage stakeholders, including senior management
