Digital (API) S/W Engineer/Analyst
This position is required to lead the Safety and Soundness projects (CAP, CAMP, Audits) as part of Digital ESB-API team.
 Team Lead would lead a team, which would in turn, be leading the design, development, and implementation and troubleshoot/certify the contents and the related API-ESB applications to meet our growing application needs. The ideal candidate must have strong technical experience in API/Microservices , XML, Restful JSON, Tibco,EMS, SOA concepts, Web Services Development and experience in handling different protocols like TCP/IP,MQ,HTTPS, WSS connectors. The individual would be responsible for working with Risk and Compliance, Information Security Officer, Development teams to ensure the compliance from CAP, CAMP, EOVS and Audits perspective.
  • • Demonstrated experience in Project Management principles and software development lifecycle practices and methodology with hands-on knowledge of project management practices, principles and tool sets
    • Strong Technical and functional knowledge in the banking domain.
    • Creating effective solutions/Design Assets: Work with Architects, Info Sec, Business and Other Internal/Stakeholder to come up with end to designs.
    • Deep understanding of API/Spring Microservices , XML, Restful JSON,TIBCO, EMS  SOA concepts, Web Services, Spring java microservices
    • Understanding of Jira,Bitbucket,Swagger and other CI-CD tools like RLM
    • Strong expertise in different protocols like : TCP/IP,MQ,HTTPS, WSS connectors… etc..
    • Deep understanding on the process and roles in Agile development, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery
    • Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
    • Self-directed, motivated and managed; ability to deal with imperfect information, decision and drive to successful conclusions
    • Effective at prioritizing tasks, managing time, organizing people and getting things done
    • Excellent organization skills; must be able to manage disparate tasks, project plans and ad-hoc teams without solid lines of authority
    • Ability to handle constant pressure and juggle multiple demands
    • Strong risk management and ability to look beyond to the next set of challenges
    • Collaborative and team player, ensuring overall business success
  • 8-10 years in a product development/product management environment
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; Data driven and results-oriented
  • Experience delivering with an agile methodology
  • Experience in affecting large culture change
  • Experience leading infrastructure programs
  • Skilled at working with third party service providers
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Bachelors of Engineering/Technology/Science degree in Computer Science or related field
