Design Producer
The Digital Marketing Specialist is a developing professional role. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the subfunction/ job family. Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information. Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact. Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results. Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses' core activities. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.

  • Analyze diverse datasets and package results for internal clients
  • Generate insights through data and create a compelling story
  • Package insights effectively for a broader audience
  • Run weekly and monthly reports and communicate results to the rest of the team/company
  • Create client facing reports and present report findings
  • Own a data project (area of expertise) from beginning to end
  • Create quarterly summaries of the business performance
  • Work closely with Senior Digital Analysts in the team and 3rd party vendors
  • Own website - technical and content
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
  • 2-5 years relevant experience ideally in the digital, consumer packaged goods marketing or advertising area
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Math or or related field of study; or equivalent experience.
  • Should have strong familiarity with :
  • Analytic process, from inception to execution to presentation
  • Some statistical analytic experience, including controlled experimental design and simple modeling; Modern web and digital analytics including reporting with SiteCatalyst, tagging processes including marketing/campaign coding, digital marketing, and site performance metrics
  • Familiarity with analytical, reporting, business writing and project management skills
  • Ability to communicate well with stakeholders, both verbally and in written work
  • Effective time management skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, Power Point, Sitecatalyst required
  • experience with more advanced modeling and machine learning helpful some knowledge of SQL would be a plus
  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
The Design Producer combines project management skills with a passion for user experience. You'll work cross-functionally to collaborate with designers, researchers, business and engineering teams. No project works without you as you're holding all the strings to assure the design team delivers outstanding experiences on time. Since this role is the glue that holds it all together, it requires you to be organized, thoughtful and  to enjoy creating order within creative chaos. And you know how to smile while you're at it.
Our wish list for the ideal Candidate (that would be you) and what you will do:
  • At least 5 years of experience in producing rich interactive brand, campaign or ecommerce user experiences that drive results
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, New Media or related field
  • A proven, subject matter expert in the field of design, information architecture, writing, strategy, or production.
  • Established knowledge of mobile platforms and digital technologies
  • Experienced with Agile development methodologies and Scrums
  • A people person who enjoys the interaction with partners in all functions
  • A go-getter with an entrepreneurial attitude and passion for innovative solutions and brand experiences that enable progress for our customers
  • A thirst for knowledge and the tenacity to drill deep into complex subjects is one of your core character traits
  • You'll team up with strategists, analysts, researchers and other groups to co-create Design briefs and set expectations for deliverables.
  • Partner with a design lead and guide a cross-discipline experience design team or multiple teams (and Agencies/vendors) to invent and execute breakthrough solutions that our customers love
  • Manage multiple work streams with varying timelines and complexity with authority and passion and accountability for the effective utilization of resources
  • Package creative concepts and present to internal stakeholders in persuasive, articulate and compelling ways
  • Support the design managers in the overall growth and development of the design capability across the company
  • Be the voice of the customer and a champion for world-class brand experiences.
  • Finally, you'll have a truly collaborative working style: Vocal, open, honest and direct in your approach to feedback and asking for or offering assistance at every stage of a project
