Role: Delivery Leader ASEAN, Data & Analytics
Geographical Coverage: ASEAN
Base Location: Singapore
Summary of Role
This Delivery Lead is a senior delivery role that will focus on one of our high growth Service Lines, Data & Analytics. The individual, being based in the local market where clients are, will play a very critical role in ensuring delivery excellence and clients' satisfaction. There will be close internal collaboration with the sales and practice teams to achieve the common goal.
Role Responsibilities
  • Be Accountable for overall Data & Analytics delivery of customer engagement, stakeholder management, identify opportunities of growth at the captive location
  • Anchor and drive steering committee meetings
  • Regular connect with Clients on delivery challenges and suggest area for further improvement
  • Manage the collaboration between Cognizant groups to drive synergies and ensure successful delivery and growth of the account
  • Overall responsibility in building the delivery capabilities of the Data & Analytics team through internal and external staffing strategy
  • Manage internal escalations among project teams and horizontals
  • Responsible for reporting SLAs, metrics and other critical hygiene factors that impact the Accounts
  • Report to Leadership teams on the overall engagement (across different dimensions like delivery, bid management, staffing, financials & Operations etc.)
  • Ensure engagement objectives are in alignment with the evolving business direction
  • Ensure adherence to contractual obligations
  • Apply industry best practices to formulate recommended solutions
  • Deliver change management programs for maximum impact
Skills & Experience
  • Should have more than 15 year of experience in handling large delivery engagements in the area of Data & Analytics
  • Should have good understanding on DW/BI and Bigdata technologies
  • Strong knowledge of the Banking domain with customer facing experience is a big plus
  • Prior experience in managing large & complex projects on budget, schedule, quality, complying with regulatory requirements
  • Ability to establish strong governance process to ensure effective delivery and stakeholder management
  • Manage customer expectation, handle escalations and stakeholder communication
  • Experience in evangelizing and successful implementation of process automation, framework application to bring in agility to delivery excellence
  • Should have good presentation and communications skills
  • Should be able to work independently to manage the engagement of respective stakeholders
  • Strategic planning experience that will enable growth of the account.
