Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Looking for Data Analyst along with business analysis experience
- Hands-on experience in requirements gathering and requirements analysis
- Documentation – BRD/FSD/Business Glossary/Data Model/Test Strategy/Project Plan etc.
- Process/Data Modelling - 'As Is'/'To Be'
- Strong data analysis skills using SQL and other ETL tools
- Stakeholder Management
- Soft Skills - Communication/Negotiation/Relationship Building/Influencing
- Project Management Methodologies - Agile , Scrum
- Proven Experience in Data Management and Data Quality Management techniques.
- Strong capability to solve problems, be an out-of-box thinker who frequently comes up with new and ideas.
- Work in a team with members from different technology background
Key Required Skills
- Big Data (transmission tool called Data IQ)
- Must have very strong Excel skill
- Scrum methodologies delivery good to have
- Basic data quality / governance good to have
- ETL, SQL MUST HAVE
- Exposure to banking/ financial industry is good to have
