Responsibilities

  • Achieve service standards as set out for Regional Treasures staff to develop and improve customer satisfaction and retention
  • Ensure that all customer requests are dealt with in a timely and consistent manner while adhering to regulatory, compliance and internal security audit requirements
  • Attend all relevant training and briefings
  • Address and follow-up on customer service requests/issues daily eg. walk ins/answering phone calls and assist with completion of service related transactional orders &/or ad-hoc projects as assigned by Treasures Centre Manager
  • Assist with the duties of the Treasures Service Officer for customer requests/ transactions
  • Handle complex or time-consuming servicing of accounts
  • To provide information on investment products and services offered by Wealth Client (only upon request by customer) and if customer is interested, refer to Treasures Relationship Manager for follow-up with sales process
Requirements
  • Polytechnic Diploma / GCE A'Levels or Bachelor Degree from any discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in the banking or financial services industry, preferably in branch operations or financial advisory
  • Highly meticulous, strong communication skills and numeric
  • Strong knowledge of the banking products & services and procedures
  • Proficient PC skills and sound knowledge of the banking products, services and procedure
  • Selected candidate will be CFMAS certified as part of the role requirements
  • Good understanding of financial, investment products, services including equity and bond markets
