The members of the Information Security Division are on constant alert, using their creativity and knowledge of cybersecurity, technology, and business processes to develop and deliver creative solutions. In this fast-paced environment, staff collaborate to respond to current risks, while identifying and anticipating future threats. Our cyber capabilities encompass the full spectrum of services from Cyber Operations (including SOC, Cyber Threat Intelligence, Vulnerability Management, Cyber Incident Response) to Cyber Architecture and Engineering (Network, Platform, Cloud, and Applications Security) while managing risks and enforcing controls across all of these areas. What we do: Asia Pacific Technology is looking for Cyber Fusion Lead to join the Information Cyber Security Division as a part of our Cyber Technology Operations Center (CTOC) team in Singapore, helping to defend our networks from sophisticated threats. Our CTOC brings together world-class threat intelligence, security monitoring, and incident response services teams. Transparency, innovation, collaboration, sustainability; these are the hallmark issues shaping cyber initiatives today. Our Information Cyber Security Division is passionate about making an impact with lasting change and protecting the enterprise with vigilance. This is an exciting and dynamic role will be involved in identifying unauthorized activities and intrusions in networks in real time. This Senior Cyber Security role will be an integral part of a dynamic, fast-paced cyber security team within the Asia Pacific CTOC. We are seeking candidates that are motivated about rapidly changing operational environments, learning what you need to get the job done, and producing accurate and timely results. Our candidate is a self-starter who has experience taking initiative and translating requirements into actionable, timely, and relevant intelligence recommendations. This role is an exciting opportunity to join a new highly talented team that is defending a world-class multinational corporation against some of todays most advanced and persistent cyber threats.  The successful candidate will: Have excellent stakeholder management and ability to communicate (verbal and written) with different levels of seniority as well as able to communicate technical issues in business language within a global organization Rapidly adopt to quick changes Have exceptional problem-solving capabilities and strong documentation, communication skills both verbal and non-verbal Ability to self-manage workload and goals independently in a fast-paced, multi-threaded, and deadline-driven organization Have outstanding active listening and collaborative skills with various audiences, including direct team members, security team and executive stakeholders, to perform daily cyber operational activities in a potentially stressful environment In this role you will: Co-ordinate high impacting incidents to generate a clear and concise recommendations driving activities across a diverse range of internal stakeholders whilst working under significant pressure Assist in the identification of the continuous cyber intelligence, risk sharing relationships and investigations with external agencies and internal teams, followed up with escalation and the dissemination of information to stakeholders as part of a thriving, dynamic work environment with rapidly changing priorities based on intelligence Collaborate with and across a team of cyber experts throughout the incident lifecycle Continuously develop, improve, and support cyber security situational awareness across the organization Develop and deliver briefings, reports, and metrics for various levels of management to enhance the cyber security program Partner effectively with key stakeholders and drive improvements in interoperability within respective Cyber security teams Consult with various lines business and technology stakeholders regarding new and existing technologies Contribute in the planning and execution of cyber training exercises with internal and external agencies Contribute to the development and implementation of security architecture, standards, procedures, and guidelines Collaborate with cross-functional teams of Legal, Privacy, Fraud, Human Resources, Ethics, Corporate Security, Technology teams and other program stakeholders ensuring the cyber team is 'fusing' critical information across all relevant stakeholders as a priority Review and analyse complex data sets and information to provide deliverable insights, conclusions, and actionable recommendations Participate and implement security standards, procedures, and guidelines for multiple Cyber Security platforms Managerial skills that empower and develop others; is sensitive to others and fosters teamwork Qualifications Experience: Experience as a team leader, supervisor, manager, or similar role overseeing a group of highly qualified information security professionals Ability to communicate difficult or sensitive information effectively across various management levels and organizational lines Experience in the securities or financial services industry Experience of governance, risk, and compliance, and technology risk management regulatory requirements within the Asia Pacific region an advantage Participate in the Regional Cyber daily stand-up call and handover call across the firm as part of a follow the sun model Lead and provide innovative direction and guidance for a wide array of activities supporting the improvement of processes and procedures Experience in reviewing cyber security analytics and disseminating accordingly to the correct stakeholders Solid understanding of the current Cyber Security tools used today in operational practice and of Security Monitoring, Vulnerability Management, Incident Response, Cyber Threat Intelligence, Identity and Access Management, information protection, and cyber risk management processes Working knowledge of Information Security & technology frameworks i.e. ITIL, NIST, ISO, COBIT Qualifications and Proficiencies: Bachelor's degree, advanced diploma in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required, 8-10 years of experience in information security with related technology experience required Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to solve/manage complex technical problems Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including high-quality visual presentation of data within PowerPoint and Visio to present to internal / external groups Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, GCIA, GCIH, or similar Certifications highly desirable BNY Mellon is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
