Customer Service Officer (AM/M), OSPL - Customer Service
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Uphold service standards by attending to customers enquiries through different channels (Eg. Investors Hub, Emails, Calls, etc)
  • Ensuring prompt turnaround for service requests and consistent quality of requests processed
  • Responsible for day to day customer service operations, including resolving queries from external and internal customers
  • Able to work independently and takes ownership of cases, including accurate and proper records management
  • Manage assigned projects to deliver change management, quality assurance and customer satisfaction
  • Support OSPL's marketing activities such as promotions or new initiatives
  • Ensure full compliance to the laid down procedures and processes

Reporting to:
  • AVP, Customer Service


Qualifications
Requirements:
  • Diploma/degree, preferably in Banking or Finance
  • Have background knowledge on account opening and KYC
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Customer Service, operational knowledge in Securities and stock market would be advantageous
  • Customer centric and service excellence mindset with good oral and written communication skills
  • Effective interpersonal skills with both internal and external customers
  • Strong ability to use Microsoft Office for presentations and analytics is a plus point
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Meticulous and able to think critically to solve problems
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Good team player with commitment & initiative
