Regional Corporate F&BM group provides financial advice to support the businesses and technology strategy and helps to ensure a sound control environment including partnering with all lines of business to deliver application technology solutions. As a financial and business Associate with Global Technology Infrastructure, you will perform complex technical assignments within the assigned area of F&BM. You will analyze, prepare, and reconcile accounting and technical data; and prepare reports while always thinking of and devising ways to streamline and minimize cycle times through automated applications. You will also participate in research projects, resource management, develop recommendations affecting business procedures and operations and maintain automated general accounting and reporting systems. In addition, you will consult to technical product managers on their financial performance and other key metrics measured and tracked by your team and will assist the department manager and team members with special projects or components of other projects as needed.

A successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

- Executive Level management reports on strategy, budget, project delivery, controls, risks and delivery
- Provide transparency on expenses & resources with a focus on key drivers and to maintain governance over financial controls.
- Partner with all Global functions and senior technology management in region to drive standardization and continuous improvement across the key metrics that serve the region
- Act as an advisor to all chapter owners and location teams to ensure consistency, accuracy and data integrity
- Proactively analyze trends, research issues and respond to enquiries
- Analyze and make recommendations for improvements to existing processes and tools, including gap analysis, improved metrics reporting and scorecard development
- Enforce guidelines and operating principles for effective delivery of information as defined by F&BM
- Partner with other finance and business managers across technology to agree and leverage best practices.

Qualification:

- 5-7 years of professional experience in the financial services industry, preferably across various technology business and finance
- Strong quantitative, critical thinking and analytic skills
- Needs to have financial / accounting experience
- Essbase, Smart View, and SAP experience would be advantageous
- Excellent spreadsheet skills
- Excellent Power point / Pitch Pro skills
- Ability to synthesize financial information into concise, insightful and actionable recommendations
- Able to work with limited supervision and as part of an integrated team
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and deliver quality work under pressure
