Key Responsibilities / Tasks
- The role will cover a range of corporate transactions including M&A, Capital Markets, and Private Equity.
- Negotiation and drafting of agreements.
- Conduct due diligence checks and legal research.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Reports into Corporate Partners
Key Qualifications / Experience
- NQ – 3PQE
- Singapore, US, or UK qualified.
- Previous experience working in an international or US firm.
- Excellent academic track record.
- Located in Singapore.
