DBS Ecosystem team work closely with Channel Partners, Enterprise Merchants, Vendors and internal organisations to deliver seamless consumer and merchant experiences on web, mobile, app and kiosks channels.

Ecosystem partnership involves close collaboration and innovating together with partners to launch the best products, solutions and experiences using the PayLah Wallet, Open API's and Marketplaces solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Interact directly with merchants, partners and developers to understand business requirements and articulate how best to implement DBS solution, while adhering to internal guidelines and integration best practices
  • As the key technical point of contact for all implementation activities, you will need to facilitate workshop, set up test accounts, answer tech questions and guiding the integration process from pre-sales to live.
  • Develop/customise pitch-decks for the various product experiences that DBS has to offer.
  • Develop Solution Design templates that can be used for future integrations and best practices roll outs.
  • Prepare and lead solution exploration sessions with potential merchants and channel partners.
  • Identify current/future product/functionality gaps required to deliver a solution and collaborate with internal product and technology teams to define the necessary enhancements to support delivery.
  • Provide feedback to Product Managers, Software Engineering, and other internal groups on implementation and feature requests.


            Requirements

            • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
            • 4+ years of experience with Internet and mobile technologies including Web Services, SOAP, NVP, Rest, HTML/HTTP, iOS, Android and leading web and mobile application frameworks. Experience with Payments (Wallet, Credit Card, Banking, Online, Offline), especially with ecommerce systems, payments gateways and payment processors will be advantageous.
            • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
            • Ability to learn DBS products and the REST API's quickly, and demonstrate knowledge on PayLah! platform and APIs, the underlying web-stack technologies.
