Contract Senior/Engineer, Core Operations
Job Responsibilities/Requirements:
Responsibilities: - To maintain and perform day-to-day operations of Fixed IMS network; troubleshooting, monitoring and reporting on a high technical level
- Performance Monitoring & Alarms analysis of the Fixed IMS network
- Customer liaison for escalated Network Operations matters
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Able to perform 24 x 7 support
Requirements: - Degree/Diploma in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics & Communications, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent Science background
- Conceptual knowledge of IMS networks
- Position will be on yearly-renewable contract basis
