This is an administrator role that will hold significant responsibility in providing administrative support to the Team Head, Compliance Managers and Compliance Officers. The successful candidate is expected to be organized and numerate with excellent attention to detail, and to be able to work well within a team and yet take initiative and ownership over his/her own area of work. Depending on the level of experience and demands of the team, the successful candidate may be exposed to learn the scope of a reviewer.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and track the progress of various remediation exercises;
  • Monitor the Team’s mailbox to ensure enquiries from Front Office are promptly escalated or replied;
  • Handles enquiries relating to Mandatory KYC documents;
  • Review daily KYC submissions from Front Office and update the team’s tracker in a timely manner;
  • Collate and prepare statistics for periodic status updates to Front Office and Management;
  • Liaise with Relationship Managers or Business Managers for outstanding or incomplete KYC submissions;
  • Upload KYC/CDD documentation onto the relevant systems;
  • Ensure that risk rating of clients are correctly updated in relevant systems;
  • Perform reconciliation of data on a monthly basis;
  • Other administrative duties as assigned by the Supervisors or Team Head .




Qualifications
Requirements:
  • Strong administrative skills;
  • Attention to detail, including planning and organization;
  • Ability to manage workload and deadlines effectively;
  • Sound interpersonal skills and relationship building abilities;
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills;
  • Enthusiasm, motivation and the ability to be proactive;
  • Experience in the KYC/AML experience is preferred, but not a must;
  • Strong MS Suite skills â€" in particular Excel, Access, VBA, Word and Outlook
  • University degree or equivalent, or higher education;
