*Seeking for an Assistant Credit Manager/Credit Manager with minimum 5 years of Credit Analysis experience in Commodities and/or banking*

THE COMPANY

This is an established and reputable commodities firm. They are expanding and seeks for an Assistant Credit Manager/Credit Manager to set up their Credit team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Credit Assessment and Underwriting

1. Perform comprehensive credit analysis for counterparties
2. Execute regular credit reviews to assign internal credit ratings and risk limits
3. Provide credit advisory support to traders

Portfolio Monitoring and Risk Mitigation

1. Track credit exposures and manage limit breaches
2. Monitor global macroeconomic and industry credit events to proactively mitigate risk

KYC & Compliance

1. Support Know-Your-Customer (KYC) on-boarding and periodic review
2. Conduct KYC documentation collection, verification, and quality assurance checks to ensure client records are accurate, complete, and consistent
3. Ensure all KYC are carried out in strict compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

1. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders
2. Align credit activities with the Group Credit Policy and standard operating procedures
3. Work closely with traders, counterparties and other stakeholders

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor degree holder in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
2. Minimum 5 years of credit analysis experience in Commodities and/or banking
3. Experience in KYC would be an advantage
4. Independent, analytical and meticulous
5. Proven autonomy to manage conflicting priorities and thrive under tight deadlines
