Collaboration and Messaging Engineer
  1. Implement the best practices of collaboration and messaging technology and ensure that these best practices are adopted and executed in all aspect of operation implementation in the bank.
  2. Provision custom scripts where applicable for monitoring of all Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Skype and messaging platform.
  3. Deliver and implement collaboration and messaging projects according to Bank standards and requirements.
  4. Ability to administer and troubleshoot the complex messaging systems, ensure messaging services are available to all entities and groups.
  5. Ability to administer messaging or Microsoft 365 third party security products such as TrendMicro or Symantec DLP.
  6. Update all project stakeholders on the project status and progress.

Qualifications
  1. Proven ability to operate under pressure and meet challenging deadlines with minimum supervision.
  2. Willingness and demonstrate capability to lead, assimilate, and act upon large amounts of information rapidly.
  3. Highly organized with strong situational analysis and decision-making abilities.
  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and able to interact professionally and appropriately at all levels of the organization.
  5. Must be confident, passionate to explain and share technology, ability to articulate complex technical concept or requirements
  6. Positive attitude towards continuous learning.
  7. Must have in-depth knowledge and system support experience on Microsoft Active Directory design, synchronization services, security control and DNS.
  8. Must have in-depth knowledge and system support experience on Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Teams, Skype and cloud-based platforms such as Azure.
  9. Must have hands-on experience in performance tuning and hardening of messaging system and messaging gateways.
  10. Possess good technical knowledge in high availability design, implementation, migration, upgrade of the abovementioned system.
  11. Experience in troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of technical issues and be able to provide resolution/mitigation steps and generate incident report.
  12. Knowledge in data communication, network & information security is an added advantage.
  13. Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, with 5 years in large scale Microsoft Active Directory and messaging design. Candidate with banking working experience is an added advantage.
  14. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
