Our Client is looking for a new bilingual member to join their small team of Client Services to assist their Clients with trading and platform usage. You will be the first window of contact to respond to inquiries,concerns and complaints via telephone , email and online chat to achieve a mutually satisfactory solution while complying with policies, practices and procedures.
- Provide accurate and timely information to clients on account enquries, funds transfers/switch, account access rights etc
- Assist clients in technical support queries regarding the trading platform usage and investment products
- Prepare client account reports
- Client data maintenance and updates
- Diploma with min 1 year of customer service experience from financial industry or contact centre industry
- Internet savvy and preferably good knowledge or interests in financial trading
- Able to work on scheduled public holidays and scheduled shift hours
- Good multi-tasking skills and meticulous
