Chinese Fund Manager - Compliance Officer

The organisation offers you the chance to:

• Assist the Head of Compliance on adhering to applicable regulations.
• Keep abreast of regulatory developments and implement regulatory changes accordingly.
• Conduct compliance review to identify gaps and provide advise on mitigation actions.
• Establish and carry out the compliance monitoring program to ensure adherence to regulatory obligations.

You offer:

• Broad compliance experience from the buy side industry.
• Strong Chinese proficiency as the role will involve liaising with stakeholders in Chinese.
• Strong capability to prioritize workload and able to perform independently.
• Good at building relationships; you will be dealing with both internal and external stakeholders of ranging seniority on a day-to-day basis.
