CX/UX Lead
Job Responsibilities/Requirements:
Responsibilities: - Lead the unification of user experience across all channels and platforms
- Liaise with stakeholders to conceptualise journeys for new and existing features
- Provide design direction and UX point of view with stakeholders and cross functional teams
- Lead and participate in requirements gathering
- Manage timeline and design deliverables
- Delivery of concepts, personas, customer journeys, information architecture, design systems, content maps and wireframes
- Provide guidance and mentor design team members
- Lead and provide guidance for usability testing and UX research
- Make informed design decisions through research and complex data that will impact the business and customers
Skills and experiences: - University qualifications in Arts, Design, Digital Media, Visual Communications
- Experience in working in telco as internal designer and familiar with telco products and services
- Has supervisory responsibility as a Design Lead leading a team of up to 4 team members
- More than 7 years of experience in UX design and/or UX research
- More than 3 years of experience in UI design
- Deep knowledge and strong expertise in human-centered design and user research
- An expert with both mobile app and web best design practices
- Experience and understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methods
- Experience using Sketch, Adobe Creative suite and other design tools
- Experience with web and app analytics (Adobe Analytics)
- Experience in Agile practices
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and cross functioning teams
