We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as CLM Specialist.

Principal responsibilities

  • Act as first line of defense and evaluate the quality of client information gathered and consolidated for client onboarding, Customer Due Diligence, and Know Your Customer checks while managing the client relationship throughout the client lifecycle, onboarding and exit management.
  • Provide support to the Head of Customer Lifecycle Management in running and managing the team, in implementing changes within the team and perform activities as the scope to ensure coverage of the team is expanded, implementing the operational, procedural and system changes proposed through the team
  • The role holder will also need to manage the smooth running of the team on a day to day basis to meet the objectives set by management.

  • A key factor that will contribute to the success of the role holder will be an ability to think strategically, to be able to multitask whilst managing different activities and initiatives and to be agile in implementing the tactical and strategic initiatives of the team


Qualifications
Requirements
  • University degree and relevant Anti Money Laundering or Know Your Customer certification
  • Knowledge of Customer Due Diligence and Know Your Customer within Private Banking
  • Experience and understanding of implementation of complex change initiatives
  • Good knowledge of Anti Money Laundering, regulatory compliance and controls within banking and financial services
  • Strategic thinker and ability to contribute ideas for improvement of the team
  • Able to work independently and effectively manage across all levels
