We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as CLM Analyst.

Principal responsibilities

  • The Client Lifecycle Management team sits in the first line of defense, and evaluates the quality of client information gathered and consolidated for client onboarding, Customer Due Diligence, and Know Your Customer checks
  • Proactively engage with designated Relationship Managers and Client Service Executive teams, providing advice and support on customer pre onboarding, onboarding, periodic reviews, and implementation of Customer Due Diligence processes
  • Perform sanctions and Politically Exposed Persons screening, and check for discrepancies in customer information.
  • Execute and review negative media alerts.
  • Ensure risk policies and governance frameworks are appropriately implemented in the Client Lifecycle Management business
  • Maintain HSBC internal control standards including timely implementation of internal and external audit points, together with any issues raised by external regulators

  • ​University degree
  • Working experience in Customer Due Diligence and Know Your Customer roles within Private Banking
  • Good knowledge of Anti Money Laundering, regulatory compliance and controls within banking and financial services
  • Able to work independently and effectively manage across all levels
