Business Support Analyst

You will be responsible for administrative and other management support activities within the business.

  • Collation and updating of all reports for the business
  • Tracking of all outstanding items across all functions and topics
  • Support business head to monitor risk-related items including periodic reviews, credit approvals and other key items
  • Support business head to control and monitor key processes such as travel, suitability, training and scorecard
  • Assist with the preparation of communication materials and presentation decks
  • Administrative duties include the scheduling of appointments, calendar management and making travel arrangements


Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in banking with good understanding of risk, onboarding, operations and finance functions
  • Strong powerpoint and excel skills
  • Numeric and possess good command of English
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
