Are you trustworthy in driving the business forward? Do you know how to solve problems and find solutions? Weâ€™re looking for someone like that who can provide business-related support to the Wealth Management APAC business, as part of the Group Operations WM Account Management function. You will
â€" develop and help implement action plans and key initiatives
â€" instigate change initiatives that drive the business forward, aligned with global strategy
â€" coordinate supporting units, managing relationships with the Wealth Management, Operations and other departments
â€" drive ad-hoc analysis in coordination with various stakeholders
â€" prepare senior management presentations
â€" manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring efficient use of resources

Youâ€™ll be working in the Wealth Management Account Management team in Singapore, in close collaboration with the Account Management team in Europe, the Group Operations service delivery team in APAC and the Wealth Management APAC business.
We are responsible to coordinate and facilitate the relationship of Group Operations with the Wealth Management division.
We translate Wealth Management APAC needs and plans into Group Operations operational plans, set priorities, review service levels, costs and the risk profile.
Your experience and skills
â€" a university degree (and love for a challenging environment)
â€" experience in account management, consultancy, product management or worked in a similar role before
â€" the ability to work and collaborate with others, in different teams and locations
â€" ability to gather and analyze information and extract valuable insights
â€" the ability to present information in a clear, concise and structured way for a senior audience
â€" attention to detail and endurance under pressure
â€" the ability to lead others as part of a team structure or projects
â€" motivation to go out in an organization and build a network based on performance and trust
â€" an excellent communicator, with persuasive and creative presentation skills
â€" very proactive, driven and a committed team player
â€" incredibly organized, with an innate sense of how to prioritize
â€" structured and organized whilst able to work in a fast paced environment
â€" fluent in English. Mandarin, Japanese and/or German would be an advantage
