Business Engineer - Regulatory Transaction Reporting #111448

1. Business Analysis
- Gather, document and analyze requirements drawing on SMEs from impacted department
- Perform data analysis, review field mappings and identify business rules to fulfill the regulatory reporting requirements
- Define, document and implement front-to-back control model
- Ensure the business requirements and IT solutions deliver meet the regulatory requirements by documenting the traceability matrix
- Ensure the appropriate and fit-for-purpose solutions are being delivered by partnering closely with IT teams
- Define and execute UAT test cases by partnering with functional SMEs
- Perform business readiness activities in ensuring proper transition into BAU (e.g. post live support model, roles & responsibilities, handling of Day 2 items and future changes)
- Raise risks, issues and dependencies to Project manager and CCRO (where appropriate) in ensuring there is timely resolution and/ risk endorsement
2. Drive control / process improvement and efficiency ideas - By working closely with the functional SMEs, identify opportunities and drive innovative ideas to improve control and create efficiency
3. Target Operating Model - ensure the design of controls and solutions are in line with Target Operating Model

Candidate will report into the Head of Business Management for Reporting Services Group. Reporting Services is under Business Processing Services and support APAC division in compliance to Regulatory Transaction Reporting and Tax Reporting, as well as Client Reporting and Client Valuation
