As a BDM / BDE, you will be responsible in connecting with new and existing Introducers (B2B) to educate them about SCB’s offerings and identify new business opportunities that will ultimately convert to sales and generate revenues.
You will play an important role in the bank to score new businesses and retain existing clients with effective communication and presentations skills and the ability to promote our products and services.
The candidate must be a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Meet and exceed defined sales revenue and targets
Identifying and generating new channels of CCPL Sales for the bank
Actively source for new businesses and promote bank’s product and services
Prospect and develop new accounts while engaging with existing accounts
Engage and build excellent relationships with new and existing accounts
To plan and implement strategies to meet business needs
Identify opportunities to build new businesses through existing network and expanding your networking
Conduct presentations and training (if required)
Service and support existing clientele with constant communications
Research and gather feedback to improve services and products
Engage & build excellent relationship with clientele
Our Ideal Candidate :
6 Months working experience in sales roles, ideally financial services (though not a prerequisite)
Strong networking skills & relationship builder with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Have a track record of establishing strong relationships and acquiring new clients
Easily adaptable and thrive in challenging environments
