Business Development Manager - Premier Banking Asia (North Asia)

  • Identify and develop strategies to drive the acquisition of premier offshore customers for the North Asia region
  • Develop new acquisition channels and alliances to drive New to Bank customer acquisition, in support of the market and customer growth strategy
  • Manage overall relationships with internal and external partners and ensure pipeline of sustainable and quality leads for the sales team
  • Manage and enhance the cross border partnerships within the OCBC Network and subsidiaries
  • Close partnership with the sales team to ensure alignment in strategies
  • Ensure robust dissemination, tracking and reporting of referral leads. Drive towards an optimized referral and conversion process for enhanced sales performance and productivity
  • Leverage on data analytics to provide management reports and a strategic view on the progress of partnerships and programs
  • Work cross functionally with internal stakeholders and lead the implementation of customer campaigns and initiatives including customer events
  • Facilitate and steer active participation of Member Get Member customer program through RM and RDM teams

  • A good degree with at least 3 years' experience in the financial services industry, preferably with a good track record in sales and customer acquisition experience
  • A highly-motivated self-starter with strong analytical skills, excellent business acumen and the ability to deliver targets
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good appreciation of offshore customers' financial needs
  • Good understanding of financial, investment products & services and procedures
  • Has good contacts and network to various channels to expand business development activities
  • Strong team player with excellent stakeholder management skills
