Business Development - Mortgage Alliance (AVP), Consumer Secured Lending

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Pro-actively scour and establish communication with property agencies and developers to expand business profile and grow the loan portfolio
  • Anchor business relationship to establish platform for sales force to gain access into real estate agencies and development projects
  • Identify market trends and set a clear vision with effective marketing campaigns to increase mortgage loan sales
  • Develop, plan, oversee and implement sales and marketing strategies to sharpen sales force effectiveness
  • Adopt a hands-on approach in monitoring the implementation and execution of marketing programmes
  • Develop and manage marketing tools and collateral for existing and new clients
  • Build referral and lead generation network
  • Review channel effectiveness in terms of agencies' referral volume to the bank
  • Implement business models to create new ventures with business partners
  • Develop the corporate brand strategy
