Reporting to the CN2 MA Lead, you will be responsible for supporting the Greater China team on Front Office related matters, including client reviews, rollout of change initiatives and projects, and risk and control activities. The individual will also work closely with the Front Office team rollout of change initiatives and projects.

  • Assist Front office with documentation and accounts reviews
  • Actively participate in On-Boarding initiatives and deliver business requirements
  • Support Front Office to monitor various control-related requirements (margin calls, doc deficiencies follow-up, audit, control plan, mandatory trainings, etc.)
  • Interface with Compliance on various matters impacting Front Office, including periodic/credit reviews, remediation and surveillance activities
  • Act as GCNA CN2's department's designated coordinator for Event Invitation
  • Support the team in preparing the information and materials requested by clients
  • Prepare business report and handle business agreement related issues requirements
