This role is part of our Platform and Transformation team, supporting the CLM project. The project aims to streamline the entire Client Lifecycle Management journey, from leads to offboarding. The CLM Business Analyst will help implement the CLM Target Operating Model (TOM) initiatives, focusing on people, processes, and platforms across the bank. We're looking for someone with strong analytical and project management skills, excellent communication, and experience in client onboarding and lifecycle management projects. Knowledge of target operating models is a plus.

Role and responsibilities

  • Establish and facilitate/manage a working group (WG) of cross-functional members
  • Gather and analyze business requirements for the CLM project
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of processes and requirements across stakeholders such as Front Office, Client Onboarding team, Operations, Compliance, Technology etc.
  • Provide support to the CLM project team in preparing business requirements for development, and testing phase.
  • Ensure that the requirements are complete and within the defined scope.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, user manuals, and training materials
  • Support the working group in defining and refining requirements based on the target operating model
  • Provide progress updates to stakeholders based on the project roadmap

Requirements

  • Degree holder with 2+ years of experience
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in client onboarding and lifecycle management projects
  • Strong understanding of target operating models and their implementation
  • Solid knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to gather and interpret complex business requirements
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using project management and documentation and Agile related tools such as JIRA
  • Knowledge on user stories preparation and Agile related artifacts and ceremonies
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry and client onboarding and lifecycle management processes is preferred
