• To coordinate consolidation of profit report submitted by relevant departments.
• To liaise with Head Office to prepare the necessary reports.
• To assist preparing feasible and appropriate business plans and budget of AIBD.
• To extract the data from the internal data base for marketing teams.
• To support managements by providing various business analysis report using data kept by PAD.
• To conduct and manage internal control matters for the division in corporation with other teams.
• A team player who is able to work well with different various stakeholders in a large organization with communication skill and sense of responsibility.
• Accuracy of work to complete the duties so that the management and the other marketing staffs can work smoothly and make business judgement appropriately.
• IT skill to use MS office applications and other Lotus Notes applications. Especially, Excel skills that can handle pivot table/ vlookup and construct the excel sheet structure to obtain necessary information from law data. Power point is also the tool to create the periodic report.
