Associate, Project Management - Institutional Banking Operations, Technology & Operations
Business Function Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. Responsibilities 1. Participate in the requirement discussion and prepare Test scenarios. 2. Prepare test plan and test cases for the product systems to demonstrate the business conditions to be tested with expected results. 3. Execute regression tests and functional tests and set-up test data in test environment setup. 4. Manage defects tracking and coordinating with stakeholders for clarification and defect resolution. 5. Plan and align test execution across team members and daily testing status reporting to stakeholders. 6. Ensures High Quality and accuracy is maintained throughout all the releases under testing. Requirements 1.Bachelors Degree from a recognized university 2.At least 2-3 years of experience (preferred Subject Matter Expert) in managing Cash & Payment related projects like Payments, Receivables and Digital Channels preferably in a large, global financial institution at a Regional Level 3.Familiar with change management lifecycle and agile methodology 4.Ability to work independently to gather requirements, prepare UAT project plan, communicate to stakeholders 5.Ability to perform end to end UAT i.e. Plan UAT, document test scenarios, document and execute test cases 6.Strong influencing and negotiation skills along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong verbal, written and presentation skills to key stakeholders within the organization 7.Good insight in the latest digital technologies including Agile, data analytics, AI, API, Cloud computing, Mobile Technology 8.Self-starter, with tenacity to succeed and passionate about digital automation 9.Willing to challenge the status quo to drive better outcomes 10.Ability to problem solve, creative and think out-of-the-box 11.Knowledge of Transaction Banking Cash products is preferred Apply Now We offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognises your achievements.
