Job Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain the Business Continuity Management (BCM) framework that is in line with industry standards and regulatory requirements
2. Conduct branch-wide business continuity to ensure business operations meet regulatory standard of a business continuity plan.
3. Conduct staff safety confirmation and table top exercise
4. Conduct staff training and education programs on BCM
5. Conduct BCM briefing to CMT members
6. Coordinate Dept/Section annual BCP Plan & Pandemic Plan review
7. Implement and maintain branch level Crisis Management Plan & Pandemic Plan
8. Coordinate with AOOP/AOAD section cross training, Gbase training, SWIFT Lifelite, etc
9. Coordinate with AIOD on IT testing, AOAD on Fire Drill, Staff Contact Details Update, etc
10. Activate CMT during a real crisis.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of Business Continuity Management or Business Continuity Planning
Understanding of industry practices, international and local standard (ISO 22301, 22313 & MAS Guidelines on BCM)
Relevant certification in BCM or BCP
• Exposure to supporting crisis events
• Has led project/program management initiatives; good time management
• Ability to contribute constructively to support the steering of the BCM programme for the Group.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Has a can-do-attitude
• Passion to digitally transform the BCM workflow process
