The Human Resource & Organization Department champions the people agenda for GIC. We invest in talent and organization development, to maximize potential of our people for long term sustainable performance. We are organized by strategic HR domains and work in partnership with business groups to manage talent and build impactful teams. Our HR domains are: Rewards and Engagement, Talent & Organization, GIC School,  Talent Acquisition, Graduate Recruitment, HR Business Partnership, and HR Operations & Solutions.

We are looking for a suitable candidate to join our HR Operations & Solutions Team (HR Services) as an Associate, HR Services, Mobility (1 Year Contract). You will be part of the team responsible for managing global mobility, covering payroll and benefits administration for our regional offices, and delivering HR operations in GIC.

•Coordinating international transfers, including related daily administration and logistics, and handling requests and queries on policies and procedures. Examples include managing visa applications, arranging monthly remittances and Overseas Cost of Living Allowance (OCLA) to assignees
•Assisting the Managers in policy reviews and implementation, as well as work process reviews and documentation
•Liaising with external payroll vendors, including handling request and queries from staff, in payroll and benefits administration
•Managing all related aspects of mobility, working closely with external tax consultants and employment lawyers, including tax reporting and tax filing preparations, immigration and regulatory requirements
•Establishing and maintaining a repository of resources to facilitate relocations, payroll and benefits administration.


•Diploma in any discipline, with at least 3 years of HR experience
•Prior experience in global mobility is preferred
•Analytical and numerate, with a keen interest in pursuing a HR career
•Good working knowledge of MS Office is preferred
•Ability to multi-task and be resourceful, have initiative, possess good organisational skills and strong attention to detail
•Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders
