PMG Management Office is the Operating Centre of Excellence for entire Product Management Group across all product offerings and asset classes. The team is responsible for Strategic initiatives, new products and projects, Governance and Control and Business Management. You will be a key member of the team managing critical cross functional initiatives across the Bank.

Reporting to the Team Lead, Projects, Change & Transformation, you will be supporting the Team lead for delivery of strategic and new business initiatives including new products and projects championed by PMG. With focus on key strategic areas / projects across PMG, the role requires strong communication skills and ability to manage interdependencies, risks and issues while enabling change and realization of projected benefits for various Projects.

• Support Project Sponsor and team lead in successful coordination and completion of Projects including roll out and successful transition to the steady state
• Assist to define scope and direction of each Project, monitor and summarize progress and drive to successfully accomplish the objectives in alignment with key stakeholders
• Support co-ordination and implementation of efficiency initiatives, new offerings and new business capabilities including 3rd party partnerships
• Support the team lead on ad hoc management priorities as needed
• Represent PMG as SME on various forums with focus on Investment Advisory, client output and Regulatory projects and initiatives

• Experienced in managing and successfully implementing projects within the banking industry
• Knowledge of Private Banking and understanding of key changes affecting the industry with basic understanding of products
• You are degree qualified with at least 6-8 years' experience; preference will be for candidates with good analytical skills, understanding of business/product matters in banking and with very strong Program / project management skills.
• You are a driven self-starter who is delivery focused and possess effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• You thrive in a fast paced environment and are able to adapt to various demands in a diverse culture.
• You are well organized and have initiative. You can work independently.
• University degree from a reputable university
