Significant transformation is underway within the Operations function to rapidly improve the Group's Cyber, Data, Privacy and Automation control environment, along with digitization and innovation.
To support the Operations transformation agenda in growing trust with clients and regulators, an Associate Director role has been created in Singapore to develop and implement best practice risk management processes, governance, tools and MI across COO Cyber, Data Privacy and Automation.
Continuously improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness of risk & control management and oversight processes.
Design and maintain internal processes that allow COO Cyber, Data Privacy & Automation to dynamically monitor risk and controls.
Oversee all COO Cyber, Data Privacy & Automation controls and corresponding CSTs, KCIs and KRIs on a periodic basis.
Act quickly and decisively when any risk and / or control weaknesses becomes apparent and ensure they are addressed within an appropriate timeframe and escalated through the relevant committees.
Act as a single-point of entry for Internal Audit and Regulatory Reviews across COO Cyber, Data Privacy & Automation.
Work with other risk & control teams to drive efficiency, effectiveness and reduce duplication.
Support to manage internal audit, external audit and regulatory requirements.
Development, implementation and maintenance of a management information, analysis and reporting framework that supports and informs timely and effective decision making at all levels.
Tracking and reporting of risk assessments (e.g. audits, risk assessments etc) and their outputs to ensure oversight and escalation mechanisms are in place to provide MI on obligations.
Provide timely and accurate reporting to appropriate committees.
Support the running of governance forums and committees led by the COO Cyber, Data Privacy & Automation Control team.
Work closely with the Director of Conduct, Risk & Control to delivery key strategic initiatives. This could be either by direct involvement / delivery of initiatives or supporting the team with specific assignments.
Provide robust challenge and escalation to senior management and all relevant business/function/region stakeholders to ensure activities achieve risk reduction.
Drive consistent methodology, tools, processes & standardised templates for COO Cyber, Data Privacy & Automation Conduct, Risk & Control.
Maintain and update documentation on risk and control processes.
Perform coordination for Regulatory Requests for Information across COO Cyber, Data Privacy & Automation engaging with multiple-parties.
Perform administrative activities to support risk and control processes put in place.
Regularly share lessons learnt and best practice in a timely manner across a wide-ranging stakeholder group within businesses/functions.

ROLE SPECIFIC TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

QUALIFICATIONS: Training, licenses, memberships and certifications
• Advanced knowledge and experience in compliance, risk and governance roles
• Bachelor / Honours Degree (Information Technology, Computer Science or Cyber Security preferred)
