  • Manage and drive development of content platform and content needs for Wealth
  • customer segments
  • Drive content strategy and contextual marketing campaigns for all 3 segments
  • Curate, ensure quality, execute and maintain content calendar (daily, weekly, monthly,
  • quarterly, annual basis, prospect vs. existing clients and non-AI vs. AI content)
  • Develop content, platform and partnerships for all 3 segments
  • Provide editorial oversight and quality control over content
  • Work closely with media agency to promote and boost content and responsible to
  • deliver part of online leads generation targets (build up remarketing base)
  • Responsible for managing creative agencies (creative deliverables, cost & timeline
  • management), media planning agencies (contextual marketing of owned content to
  • larger audiences, increase effectiveness of paid and owned channels) and content
  • creators (content platforms, syndicated content etc)
  • Responsible for copy development and execution for all content and related eNotes (for Wealth segment)
  • Manage budget to optimise A&P spend and ensure no over-run, proactively identify budget issues & recommend solutions, participate in internal budget review and approval process (MPP, IMO) as well as annual brand planning
  • Be the brand guardian, in partnership with Group Strategic Marketing & Communications as well as Regional Consumer Banking Group Marketing teams
  • Identify and align approvals of digital content engagement metrics, track and collate results with learnings and recommendations
  • Share and re-purpose relevant content for Emerging Affluent segment/ NAV initiative


  • Degree holder with 3 to 5 years of working experience
  • Intellectually curious and creative
  • Willing to try new things and concepts
  • Adaptable in fast-paced environment
  • Knowledgeable and conversant in financial products and financial markets
  • Need to be up-to-date in current financial markets and movements
  • Skill and fluency in writing finance articles
