The Opportunity

Client Service Team within the Aon Speciality Broking unit provides professional support and processing services to internal and external clients in areas relating to technical accounting and credit control. We strive to process premiums expeditiously and ensure outstanding balances are up-to-date. Our team works together cohesively and with support from each other, we promote trust and friendship that enhance team performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform processing of premium closing with efficiency and accuracy
  • Proactive in reviewing the contract set-up and prompt identification of unusual terms in the contract
  • Review premium calculation and ensure prompt processing
  • Ensure premium and claims collection are collected promptly
  • Monitor unallocated receipt and ensure it is reconciled promptly
  • Liase with clients/network office/brokers/finance for any premium booking, processing or collection queries
  • Identify & report issues relating to unallocated receipt and long overdue balance to management
  • Undertake any other works as assigned by Manager / Supervisor
Requirements
  • Degree in business / finance or equivalent
  • 0-3 years relevant experience in credit control, or technical accounting
  • Excellent written / verbal communication skills
  • Team player, ability to multi-task and work independently
  • Meticulous with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
