Job Description  

Responsibilities: 

  • Member of the Business Management function within the Wealth Management business, with the ability to contribute on bringing on past experiences and best practices in the area of front office business support including areas such as performance tracking, reporting, etc
  • Involved in and support projects which are driven by WMD business such as coordinate requirement across user, manage project progress and timelines, coordinate User Access Testings.
  • Work with various stakeholders to coordinate and develop processes which are fit for purposes in view of new policy requirement, regulatory changes, etc
  • Ensure activities of frontline business are managed in an efficient manner and supervised appropriately, including providing business analysis and administrative support to Relationship Management Teams in Singapore
  • Support the Relationship Management Team and other teams within front office in understanding and complying with the requirements of internal policies and procedures
  • Undertake ad hoc tasks and business analysis required by management Team
  • Continuously suggest ways to streamline processes and advancing working practices and controls to prevent issues or error

Key Experience & Skills  

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified, preferably in Accounting/Banking/Finance
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience within Wealth Management or other relevant financial services roles 
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) who is able to liaise with all levels, explain potentially complex ideas and present findings to senior management 
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively; must be able to manage a large workload efficiently, delivering to strict deadlines 
  • Strong analytical skills and able to manage multiple tasks and projects at the same time
  • Ability to build harmonious, effective and responsive relationships with cross functional partners at the working level
