About the Department
The Finance and Corporate Services function manages the financial and administrative needs of the Group to help achieve its business goals.

Group Finance
We support enhanced decision-making to achieve optimal and sustainable financial outcomes for our shareholders. We are responsible for providing insights into the performance of the Group through financial, regulatory and performance reporting of the Group.

Job Responsibilities
The candidate will be a member of UOB's Corporate Sustainability Office. The main responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Overseeing internal communications on sustainability, including through the development of intranet stories
  • Supporting the development of the company's sustainability reports
  • Reviewing and editing a variety of sustainability-related content
  • Ensuring accurate and timely submissions for sustainability-related awards
  • Maintaining the company's corporate sustainability website
  • Supporting auditing and external assurance of sustainability-related disclosures
  • Driving and managing staff engagement and outreach initiatives related to sustainability
  • Development and maintenance of sustainability-related frameworks, policies and statements
  • Supporting the Secretariat of the Group Sustainability Committee
  • Supporting sustainability sub-committees and working groups


Job Requirements
  • Bachelor degree holder in a relevant discipline
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in a sustainability-related communications and engagement role is essential
  • Strong passion for environmental and social issues
  • Attention to detail
  • Sense of ownership and independent working behaviour
  • Strong project management skills in cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Technically proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point software
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Experienced in proofreading and editing web content, media releases and other corporate communications material
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
