We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as a Assistant Vice President, Business Assurance Manager.

Principal responsibilities
  • To assist Senior Vice President, Head of Business Assurance to manager business risks within Direct Sales to minimize potential regulatory breaches and operational losses due to failure of people and procedures
  • Conduct key control operational standards and periodic assessment and reviews
  • Ensure mitigation and control procedures are in place
  • Drive compliance and business risk assurance awareness and risk prevention culture within Direct Sales through training and structured dissemination of new or amended regulatory requirements or procedures.
  • Strengthen and streamline the management of sales operational risks with the team through structured risks management process and framework, focused risk management oversight agenda and structured assessment and risks reporting activities


Qualifications
Requirements​
  • Experience in risk management function
  • Knowledge and experience in banking and financial markets will be beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and demonstrate analytical and documentation skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to partner internal stakeholders
