Assistant Programme Manager (MGR/AVP), Digital & Transformation, Global Corporate Banking

The Digital & Transformation team will focus on developing capabilities to maintain Global Corporate Banking's competitive edge and relevance. Roles & Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Business, IT and Operations stakeholders to lead the design and implementation of digital initiatives
  • Evaluate the change impact and organizational readiness of the digital initiatives, and propose mitigating solutions
  • Plan and drive project timelines to ensure it meets project milestones and budgets
  • Manage and engage internal stakeholders, including Business Units, IT, Risk, Legal, Operations, data analytics teams and our product/support partners
  • Develop digital initiatives for the business units within Global Corporate Banking to improve customer's digital experience
  • Champion agile best practices, processes and tools

Qualifications
Requirements
  • BA/BSc degree in business, economics, engineering or related field
  • 3-5 years' experience working in a technology or consulting firm or managing projects or equivalent experience
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, writing and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Ability to communicate ideas and concepts clearly
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
  • High attention to details, meticulous and able to work in an ambiguous environment with minimal supervision
  • Expert knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Good knowledge of Corporate & Transaction Banking preferred
