Functional Overview  

  • The role provides administrative support to the senior members of the Risk Division and Finance in Singapore

  • This role will report into the Chief Risk Officer,  Asia ex-Japan

Job Description  

  • Provide support to the CRO and CFO for meetings/ business trips/ Travel & Expenses
  • Provide a wide range of administration support to various sub team Heads within the Risk Department
  • Coordinate and arrange internal and external meetings, conference calls, video conferences, trainings etc. Schedule management of managers as required
  • Arrange business trips & Handle Travel & Expense reimbursement claim submission
  • Any other ad hoc requests from time to time
  • System: Sprite, Condeco, PeopleSoft, IAC, SharePoint

Key Experience & Skills  

  • 5 years or above solid administration/secretarial experience, preferred in multinational companies, banking or financial institutions
  • Well-organized with ability to multitask
  • Have strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Flexible to work as a team and also be able to work independently
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese. Good client orientation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)
