Job Description

We are currently looking for an Analyst to join the Research & Client Insights team.

  • Work with research managers in managing ongoing, in-house and third party client and staff surveys
  • Ensure that client research studies progress as planned, working with in-country coordinators to develop client lists, confirm questionnaires and deal with day to day queries
  • Track completion of ongoing surveys, preparing stats and reports for business managers to ensure that surveys meet the response targets and demographics that we have set
  • Coordinate with survey agencies to ensure deliverables are in line with requirements
  • Develop analysis and communications materials to share research results with countries and with business heads
  • Frequent engagement with business contacts across global network

Job Requirements
  • Degree in Statistics, Marketing or Business Administration is preferred
  • Experience in using statistical software packages such as SPSS or SAS (preferred), Excel & PowerPoint (critical requirement)
  • Programming experience an added advantage
  • Experience in Market Research agency will be a strong advantage
  • A team player, with a client orientation and a passion for service excellence
  • Adept at statistical analysis and modelling: ability to build hypotheses, synthesize information from different sources and extract key themes / messages from detailed data
  • Ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization - with team, senior executives, and middle management
  • Strong communication skills: ability to build clear and effective communications that drive action
  • Self-starter, comfortable working independently. Should be detailed oriented with strong work ethics
  • Comfortable to work in a relatively unstructured, project-based and multi-cultural environment
