Overview of Division/Department

Projects & BCM is responsible to coordinate IT projects across Asia & Oceania and to manage Business Continuity within Singapore Branch.

The section comprises the Asia & Oceania Project Team and Business Continuity Team

Job Responsibilities
This role is for Asia & Oceania Project Team

Your key roles & responsibilities include:

1) Organizing, attending and participating in the stakeholder meetings
2) Documenting and following up on actions and decisions from meetings
3) Prepare presentation materials
4) Facilitate meetings
5) Coordinate User Training/Testing between IT and Business Users
6) Track and monitor project schedule
7) Prepare and report project status to Management

Job Requirements
1) Degree or Diploma, preferably in a technical discipline
2) Good Project Management Skill
3) Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skill
4) Consistency in follow up, closing of action items, and results driven
