You will be part of the Group Finance team based in Singapore. As an Analyst / Senior Analyst, you will be supporting Group level projects related to the setup of Sea Digital Bank.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Execute ongoing projects, which include and are not limited to implementing finance systems and process improvements
- Document, maintain and update Finance policies, SOPs and user guides for finance systems and process improvements
- Perform reconciliation between systems to ensure data integrity and accuracy, and assist Finance users to conduct first level investigation on system issues
- Provide support in project planning and management, documentation, gathering business requirements, performing UAT, etc., as assigned
- Ensure that all projects are delivered timely and project scope and objectives are met
- Liaise closely and align requirements with relevant stakeholders
- Identify and drive process improvements and undertake other finance duties as assigned
- Perform other related ad-hoc duties as assigned
Key Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or ACCA, CA or its equivalent
- 4 - 7 years of relevant banking experience and/or in Big 4 external audit of banking are desired
- Strong understanding of system logic, processes, controls, data flows
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Strong people management and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with people across different cultures
- Positive and result-driven. Good sense of logic and analytical thinking. A team player with good organization skill and an eye for accuracy and detail
- Solid accounting knowledge, hands-on/relevant working experience in a finance operating environment
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools, in particular Microsoft Excel.
- Good command in English, both written and oral. Ability to communicate in Mandarin is a plus
