The incumbent helps teams and departments to implement the agile methodology by developing agile teams and facilitating the organizational culture change necessary for sustained agile success.

  • Responsible for guiding teams through the implementation process and are tasked with encouraging workers and leadership to embrace the agile method
  • Understand where the respective teams are in their agile journey and to offer the right approach to support their growth
  • Work closely with agile team and provide individualized support for people or teams looking to solve specific agile-related problems
  • Develop standards and requirements for the agile process
  • Developing and delivering agile training from basic awareness sessions to impart agile teams with the right knowledge, tools and training so that they will be able to use agile to its full potential
  • Developing agile assets in collaboration with the various departments
  • Encourage employee and stakeholder buy-in to embrace the agile framework
  • Facilitate feedback and collaboration across agile teams
  • Ensure proper and timely application of OKRs and KPIs

  • A minimum of 5 years' hands on experience working as an Agile Coach
  • Has project management experience with IT and other related fields. Preferably familiarity with common agile tools such as JIRA
  • Strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban
  • Experience as a Scrum master or with the agile methodology, preferable certified Scrum master or Agile Coach Practitioner
  • Proven hands on experience in coaching both Software Development and Business as Usual teams
  • Experience working with dispersed teams and third-party vendor teams
